What is a Founding Member?
A Founding Member is one of the first customers to join Clear Street Retail during the Founding Member program period. The status is permanent and attached to your account.
Why join now instead of later?
Founding Member status and benefits are only available during the launch period. Once the program closes, new customers won't be eligible to become Founding Members.
Is there a minimum funding requirement?
Yes. You must deposit at least $5,000 into your approved Clear Street account by October 5. Your Founding Member status locks once the qualifying deposit clears.
What does it cost to trade?
Founding members are offered comission free trading on stocks, ETFs, and options. All applicable regulatory & exchange fees are passed through at cost.
What happens after applications close?
You can still apply for a Clear Street account. Founding Member status won't be available again.

Does Omni trade for me?
No. Omni helps you understand your account, research opportunities and prepare trades. Every investment decision remains yours, and you review and confirm each order before it's submitted.
Is private-market access guaranteed?
No. Private-market opportunities are subject to eligibility, availability and applicable offering terms. Certain opportunities may only be available to accredited investors.
Does every Founding Member receive every benefit?
Certain benefits depend on eligibility, account type, product availability, jurisdiction and applicable program terms.
