Signing Out of the Clear Street Platform

Signing out ends your current session on this device. The next time you use the Clear Street platform, you’ll need to sign back in with your username and password, or with your usual authentication method.

Sign out of the platform

To sign out, click the log-out button located on the left sidebar of the Clear Street platform.

After you sign out

• Your current session on that device ends.
• You may need to sign in again before viewing account information, trading, funding, or settings.
• Signing out on one device may not automatically sign you out of every other device or browser session.

When to contact Support

Contact Support if:

• You can’t find the sign-out control.
• You’re signed out unexpectedly or repeatedly.
• You suspect someone else has accessed your account.
