Alerts and notifications help you monitor platform, portfolio, trade, news, and idea-related events. The alert panel includes tabs such as All Alerts, Portfolio, Trades, News, and Trade Ideas.

If there are no current notifications, the platform may display an empty state. This does not necessarily mean alerts are disabled; it may indicate that no relevant events are available at the moment.

Custom price alerts

Custom alerts, such as a price alert you set on a symbol or chart, aren't available yet. If you'd like to see this feature, you can submit a feature request through Support.

When to contact Support

Contact Support if you experience any of the following:

  • A trade, funding, security, or account alert is missing.
  • An alert appears incorrect.
  • You receive a notification for activity you do not recognize.
  • You need assistance with notification settings that are not visible in the platform.
