Omni AI — Overview and Key Features

Omni AI is the AI assistant built into the Clear Street active trading platform. Open it from the navigation and ask questions in plain language. It can research markets, analyze your account, and prefill platform actions for you to review and confirm.

Trading and orders

You can ask Omni to look up your open, filled, or canceled orders, check your current positions and P&L, prefill an order ticket for stocks or options, set up TWAP/VWAP strategy orders, or send a cancel request for a pending order. All order actions require your review and confirmation before anything is submitted.

Omni can't place trailing stop orders yet. Trailing stops are available on the platform, so place them from the order ticket. For details on trailing stops and TWAP and VWAP orders, see 📄 Order Types and Time in Force.

Market data and research

Omni can pull real-time quotes, historical price data, and market overviews including index snapshots and market breadth. For deeper research, you can ask for company fundamentals (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow), analyst estimates, DCF fair value calculations, or search earnings transcripts for specific topics in management commentary.

Options analytics

Omni can price options, calculate Greeks (delta, gamma, vega, theta, rho), estimate implied volatility, and calculate probability of profit for single option positions or the probability of a stock finishing above or below a target price at expiration.

Stock screening

Ask Omni to screen for stocks by sector, market cap, valuation, growth, margins, or other criteria and it will return filtered results you can act on directly.

Account information

Omni can show your balances, buying power, settled cash, margin details, and portfolio history including daily P&L and equity over time. Account data is scoped to your current account only.

Omni's responses are informational. Omni is not a licensed advisor, and its answers should not be treated as investment, legal, tax, suitability, or personalized trading advice.

Omni can't:

Make recommendations. Omni does not recommend whether to buy, sell, hold, or short any security.
Decide the strike, expiration, quantity, price, strategy, or allocation for you.
Resolve account-specific disputes.
Guarantee fills, prices, returns, or outcomes.
Handle suspected fraud, account takeover, or other urgent issues.
